$25,000 Awaits Students Who Answer the Challenge

  • Dearborn, Mich. — The 2015 Ford College Community Challenge is now accepting innovative proposals and take your sustainable community project to greater good.

    Students working with colleges, universities to answer critical community needs may be in the running for $25,000 from Ford Motor Company Fund.

    Through the Ford C3, students and institutions of higher learning partner within their communities to design innovative, student-led projects to fulfill the "Building Sustainable Communities" theme. Past winners built community gardens, created sustainable transportation, improved parks and implemented aquaponics to develop tangible community projects solving critical local needs.

    These communities become more sustainable places to work and live. Ford C3 empowers students to change the world, bringing their unique perspective to improve the quality of life in communities.
