Project BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike)

Project Bring Your Own Bike is a social enterprise focusing on promotion of the use of ebike conversion kits in the USA. The online platform aids consumers finding the conversion kit that works for them and their bike, while identifying bike shops with the knowledge to convert the bike.

The Pennsylvania State University campus has more than 40,000 undergraduate students making the daily commute to classes. Since parking is problematic, an electric bike-share program provides parking ease and diminished carbon foot print.

At the end of this grant Project BYOB will have metrics to understand efficient ways to reach goals of proposing the university fund costs to sustain the project using bike share racks.
